What is National Exchange Bank & Trust Business Mobile Banking?
National Exchange Bank & Trust Business Mobile Banking gives you access to your accounts via a downloadable mobile banking application. The phone and tablet apps allow you to: view account balances, search recent account activity, transfer funds, pay bills and find the nearest ATM or location. Please note, available options are dependent on the Company User's entitled services
Is Business Mobile Banking secure?
Yes, the National Exchange Bank & Trust Business Mobile Banking service utilizes best practices from Business Electronic Banking (BeB), such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, or password access and application time-out when your mobile device is not in use. Only mobile devices that enrolled in the service and entitled via BeB can access accounts. In addition, no account data is ever stored on a mobile device. If your mobile device does not currently require security in order to access it, you may want to consider adding one of these options: fingerprint, code or pattern. In the event a mobile device is lost or stolen, the service may be immediately disabled by either logging into BeB (select Administration, and then Manage mobile banking settings link) or by calling the Business Services Group at 877-495-6989.
What type of internet connectivity do I need?
Your mobile devices must have an appropriate data plan and/or Wi-Fi connectivity that allows the transmission of data over the internet.
Which wireless carriers are supported?
We support most of the popular US wireless phone carriers. New carriers are added as they become supported.
I'm not enrolled in Business Electronic Banking. Can I still use Business Mobile Banking?
A company must first be utilizing Business Electronic Banking before using Mobile Banking.
What is Activation?
Users can enroll for Mobile Banking directly from a mobile device once the BeB company administration has entitled the user. You will be asked to verify the mobile phone number tied to your BeB user. Once verified, the device will be activated.

Request entitlement from your company administrator and our Business Mobile Banking page for a direct link to the app or search the Google Play™ Store or the App Store®.
