Join the NEBAT team. Here’s how to go from résumé to first day.

    Résumé Review

    Our NEBAT human resources team reviews every application for every position. This is an opportunity for National Exchange Bank & Trust’s recruiters to screen for a variety of criteria and review a candidate’s qualifications.

    Phone Interview

    If there is a match between the applicant’s qualifications and an open position, a recruiter will reach out to the candidate to discuss their resume and prior work experience.

  • 3

    Interview

    Successful candidates will be invited to interview with the recruiter and hiring team. This is also an opportunity for candidates to learn about National Exchange Bank & Trust’s unique culture and extensive benefits package.

    Hiring Decision

    An offer will be made to the candidate that best fits our open position.

  • 5

    Screening

    All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing pre-employment screening, which includes background, credit, education, employment and reference checks.

    The First Day

    After successfully passing a pre-employment screening, the candidate is on their way to start at NEBAT!
