Your use of this NEBAT website (the "Site") is governed by the applicable federal laws, the laws of the State of Wisconsin and these NEBAT Website Terms of Use (these "Terms of Use"). By accessing the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. NEBAT reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post all changes to these Terms of Use on this Site. Thus, we suggest that you periodically review the Site and these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Site after any amendments to these Terms of Use constitutes your agreement and acceptance to such amendments.

NEBAT reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each customer for any product or service offered on the Site. You may not be eligible for all of the products and services that we offer.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME BY NEBAT.

Use of Website

The Site content is for your use and information and includes names, images, pictures, logos, icons, documents and other material (the "Content"). The Content is solely for your personal use and, other than for your personal use, may not be copied, modified, distributed, reproduced or republished without written permission of NEBAT. The Site is intended for use only in the United States.

The Content does not constitute financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should consult your tax or legal advisor before acting on any information on the Site. Investment services are not bank deposits or insured by the FDIC or other entity, and are subject to investment risks, including possible loss of principal amount invested.

By using the Site, you agree that you will not engage in any activities related to the Site that are contrary to applicable law, regulations or the terms of any agreements you have with NEBAT, its vendors or other third parties relating to the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, use of the Site or the Contents in a way that involves "restricted transactions" (as defined in Regulation GG, 12 CFR Part 233) pertaining to unlawful Internet gambling. You agree to provide NEBAT with written notice if you are involved in an Internet gambling business (as defined in Regulation GG, 12 CFR Part 233) or if you process transactions for an Internet gambling business. Unless you provide such notice, you certify that you do not engage in an Internet gambling business. NEBAT reserves the right to prohibit or reject transactions involving Internet gambling.

Although we are careful to assure that the Site is accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee that all information on the site is current or accurate. There will occasionally be delays in updating the Site and there may be clerical errors when we input information. NEBAT will not be bound by any outdated or inaccurate information which may appear on the Site.

Access to the Site may be delayed, interrupted or otherwise negatively impacted by factors relating to your Internet Service Provider, wireless provider or other parties, or due to reasons outside of our control. We will not be liable for any such delays, interruptions or negative impacts and you agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.

Protecting children on the Internet is very important to us. For that reason, NEBAT does not knowingly, solicit, market to or collect information from individuals we actually know are under the age of 13. Parents may be proactive and limit website access to their children by installing filtering software. Modifications

NEBAT may at any time make modifications, changes, and alterations to the Content and the Site, including these Terms of Use, without giving you prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any modifications, changes or alterations shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications, changes or alterations.

Transmissions to and from the Site

Transmissions to and from the Site or directed to NEBAT, including emails and use of the contact forms on the Site, may not be sent in a secure form and may be intercepted by third parties. Please do not use email or the contact forms for items which need our immediate attention. Information We Collect

We collect two types of online information: non-personal and personal.

When you browse the Site or receive one of our emails, NEBAT and companies we work with use cookies and/or pixel tags to collect information and store your online preferences. Cookies and pixel tags do not capture any information that can personally identify you.

NEBAT uses the information we collect about and from you to manage our business and to offer an enhanced, personalized online experience on the Site and third-party websites.
