Your palm is made up of tiny, distinct features that the Amazon One device can pick up on - just hover to enter the Amazon One store. The device captures and encrypts your palm image allowing you to use it as payment. It's fast, convenient and contactless.     Pre-Enroll Online

    Start by signing up online using your Amazon account and selecting your NEBAT card in your Amazon account, to be used for payments.

    Visit an Amazon One Location

    Within 90 days, visit an Amazon One location. In Wisconsin, you'll find Amazon One at Fiserv Forum, Wisconsin Center District, and Whole Foods in Madison, Milwaukee or Wauwatosa.

    Finish Enrolling in Person

    Once at an Amazon One location, follow the on-device prompts to finish set-up. You will need to use the QR code received during pre-enrollment via email or text.

    Replace Your Card at an Instant Issue Location

    Some National Exchange Bank & Trust locations are able to replace your CheckCard in the office with our Instant Issue card printers. To find a location near you, just look for the Instant Issue icon in our list of locations.

    Can I request a temporary increase to my card limit?

    Yes. Temporary limit increases may be available for CheckCard or HSA cards to accommodate larger purchases or travel-related expenses. Please contact your local office directly for assistance. Approved increases are typically valid for a limited time and will revert to the original limit once the period has ended. 

    How do I let the bank know I'm traveling?

    To help ensure uninterrupted card access while traveling, please send the “Travel Notification” Secure Form via online/mobile banking or contact your local office to notify us of your travel dates and destinations. If your card is used in a location that is outside your usual pattern, our fraud protection may temporarily block it. If that happens, reach out to your local office to verify the activity. 

    How do I activate my new card?

    You can activate your new card by calling the number on the sticker attached to the card. Instructions are included with your card when it arrives in the mail.  

    What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    If your card is lost or stolen, please call the bank directly at 1-877-921-7700 to report the issue. Prompt reporting helps prevent unauthorized transactions and protects your account. To report a compromised, lost or stolen card after business hours:  

    CheckCards, Health Savings Account Debit Cards or ATM Cards: 1-800-236-2442 

    Credit Cards: 1-800-221-5920 

    How do I request a replacement card?

    If your NEBAT CheckCard,  HSA, ATM or Credit Card needs to be replaced, please contact your local office or send a secure message via online/mobile banking. An office near you may offer instant issue CheckCards for same-day replacement; check our locations page for the instant issue icon.  

    Credit Card customers can request a replacement card via the eZcard site as well. 

    Can I lock or unlock my card if I misplace it?

    Yes; that functionality exists inside Exchange OnLine and the mobile app using card controls under “Manage Cards” in the Card Management section.  

    How do I dispute a transaction on my card?

    To dispute a transaction made with your NEBAT CheckCard, please contact your local office. To dispute a transaction made with your NEBAT Credit Card log into the eZCard platform, find the transaction and select “Dispute Transaction” within the transaction detail. 

    Is my card compatible with mobile wallets?

    Yes. All National Exchange Bank & Trust payment cards are compatible with most major mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. You can add your card through our mobile banking app or your device's wallet app. 

    What should I do if my card is declined?

    If your card is declined, confirm daily transaction limits have not been reached, travel restrictions are not in place, card expiration, suspicious activity alerts and the card controls you put in place are not restricting the transaction. If your card is not working as expected, please contact us so we can investigate.
