We have a fresh new look and feel!
On February 5, our redesigned website launched. Although you will see a new look, it is still the same trusted site and service that National Exchange Bank & Trust offers.
Business Electronic Banking (BeB) admins need to entitle their select users to access these safe, secure and easy-to-use features:
National Exchange Bank and Trust puts resources at your fingertips when you need them. But if you have any questions or need assistance, we are also here to help.
BeB administrators need to login to BeB on a PC to enable their users.
In BeB, click “Administration > Manage users.”
Users must have a mobile telephone number within their user profile to validate their credentials on the first login within the mobile app. Contact the Business Services Group to have mobile telephone numbers added.
If you also wish to add the following services to your Mobile Banking users, please contact the Business Services Group:
Click the link in the “User ID” column that is associated with the user.
Click the “Edit Services & Accounts” link.
Click the “Add” link to entitle the Mobile Banking service.
Check the box next to each account you want enabled for Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (RDC).
To activate Mobile Check Deposit in the mobile app, complete the agreement provided by the Business Services Group. Submit an online form, call 1-877-495-6989 or email businessbanking@nebat.com.
After your company has been approved for access to the Mobile Check Deposit feature, log into BeB by clicking “Administration > Manage users.”
Click the link in the “User ID column” that is associated with the user.
Click the “Edit Services & Accounts” link.
Click the “Add” link to entitle the Mobile RDC service. The service requires accounts to be entitled. The row expands in the table to reveal the accounts that can be entitled for that service. Check the box next to each account you want enabled for Mobile RDC then click “Save changes.”
Click “Save changes” at the bottom of the screen to save all changes.
Business Mobile is an extension of BeB and utilizes the same security best practices. In addition to a number of layers of security behind the scenes, to access Mobile BeB, a user must have the company ID, a user ID and password. The user must be authorized to use Business Mobile via their company administrator through BeB on a PC and must have their mobile phone number listed in BeB.
Use the FCC’s Smartphone Security Checker to take additional steps to secure your device.
National Exchange Bank Business Mobile is a free app, and there is no additional fee for using the standard features of the app. Mobile Check Deposits more than 5 per statement cycle have a per item fee, and standard BeB fees apply.
