NEBAT Announces Several Promotions

Robin Baehler – Payments & Recon Team Supervisor
Robin Baehler was recently promoted to payments and recon team supervisor. Baehler works out of the bank’s office in downtown Fond du Lac.
Prior to joining the bank in 2015, Baehler worked as a quality technician for ACH Foam Technologies. During her time at the bank, Baehler has served as a courier, fraud team member, deposit operations specialist, and payments and recon team leader. In her new role, Baehler will be responsible for overseeing the payments and recon team.
Baehler currently resides in Fond du Lac with her family.
Ashley Deiler – Mortgage Loan Officer
Ashley Deiler was recently promoted to mortgage loan officer. She works out of the bank’s downtown Fond du Lac office.
Deiler joined the bank in 2021 as a retail lender. She held various positions with other financial institutions and brought with her five years of experience in the lending sector. In her new role as mortgage loan officer, she will continue to be responsible for originating and servicing residential mortgage loans.
Deiler grew up in Fond du Lac, where she attended Fond du Lac High School. She then went on to receive her associate degree from UW-Fond du Lac and a bachelor’s degree from UW-Green Bay in design arts and communications. Deiler currently resides in Fond du Lac with her family, where she is an active member of the community. Deiler is the board president for New Beginnings Pregnancy Care Center, a member of Young Professionals of Fond du Lac, board member for the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership, volunteer coach for Fond du Lac soccer, and volunteer coach for Girls on the Run.
Travis Immel – Business eBanking Officer
Travis Immel was recently promoted to business eBanking officer. Immel works out of the bank’s North Main Street office in Fond du Lac.
Prior to joining the bank, Immel held several other positions in the financial industry and brought with him 17 years of experience. In 2019, he joined the bank as a business eBanking support specialist. In his new role, Immel will continue to lead the business services group and support the online banking needs of the bank’s business customers.
Immel grew up in Fond du Lac, where he attended Goodrich High School. Upon his high school graduation, he attended UW-Fond du Lac, where he obtained his associate degree. Immel currently resides in Malone with his family.
Danyel Moyle – AVP/Credit Manager
Danyel Moyle was recently promoted to assistant vice president/credit manager.
Moyle joined the bank in 2011 as a credit analyst before being promoted to credit officer/credit manager in 2021. In her new role as AVP/credit manager, Moyle will oversee a team of credit analysts and complete credit presentations.
Moyle grew up in Mayville. She graduated from UW-Green Bay, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in finance. Moyle currently resides in DeForest with her family.
Jenny Pautsch – Quality Review Supervisor
Jenny Pautsch was recently promoted to quality review supervisor. Pautsch works out of the bank’s office in downtown Fond du Lac.
Pautsch joined the bank in 1995 as a customer service representative. In 2013, Pautsch transitioned to the quality review team and eventually became quality review team leader in 2023. In her new role, Pautsch will oversee the quality review team.
Pautsch grew up in Fond du Lac, where she attended Winnebago Lutheran Academy. She currently resides in North Fond du Lac with her family.
Tom Schuettpelz – VP/Trust Officer
Tom Schuettpelz was recently promoted to vice president / trust officer for National Exchange Bank & Trust. Schuettpelz works out of the bank’s South Main Street office in Fond du Lac.
Schuettpelz joined the bank in 2019 as a trust & wealth management officer and brought more than 16 years of experience with him in trust administration, trust and estate planning, corporate and business law and real estate law. In his expanded role, he will continue to work closely with the bank’s trust customers to assist in managing their portfolios, act as the secretary to the trust oversight committee and lead project and change management for the Trust Division.
Schuettpelz grew up in Fond du Lac where he currently resides. He attended Goodrich High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs from Marquette University and his juris doctor from Wake Forest School of Law. Schuettpelz is active in the community as a part of the board of directors for the Wisconsin Bankers Association Trust Section and a part of the board of directors for the Fond du Lac Area Real Estate and Personal Property Foundation.
Amanda Snow – Imaging Team Supervisor
Amanda Snow was recently promoted to imaging team supervisor for National Exchange Bank & Trust. Snow works out of the bank’s South Main Street office in Fond du Lac.
Snow joined the bank in 2022 as an imaging representative. In 2023, she was promoted to imaging team leader. In her new role, Snow will manage and oversee the imaging team within the account services department.
Snow grew up in Fond du Lac, where she attended Fond du Lac High School. She resides in Fond du Lac with her family.
