Scammers are Spoofing a NEBAT Phone Number & Impersonating Employees - Beware!
We've recently received reports of fraudsters spoofing a National Exchange Bank & Trust phone number and claiming to see unusual card charges from Walmart, Target and other stores. They are asking to "verify card information." If you receive a call, text or email, do not engage. DO NOT SHARE any information unless you start the conversation using a trusted and verified local number. Stay safe and vigilant!

All ATM withdrawals outside of a National Exchange Bank & Trust ATM or the MoneyPass Network will incur a $2 fee per transaction unless noted within the account specific parameters, such as with Free checking accounts, which incur a $3 fee per transaction.
Individual ATM owners may also impose a surcharge at the machine that is not controlled by National Exchange Bank & Trust.
After 12 months of inactivity, your Visa® CheckCard, ATM Card or HSA Debit Card will become inactive.
