Jane Becker is celebrating 25 years of service at National Exchange Bank & Trust in December this year.

Becker joined the bank in 2000 as a teller. Over the years, Becker has progressed to her current role as an Operations Manager for the bank’s West Bend location, where she helps manage the branch and its employees to ensure smooth and efficient deposit operations.

Becker grew up in West Bend, where she attended West Bend East High School. She still resides in West Bend with her spouse and actively contributes to the community, serving on the Senior Citizens Activities board, the Youth & Family Project board, and as a committee member for Smile West Bend.
