Renee Breister recently celebrated 35 years of service at National Exchange Bank & Trust.
Breister joined the bank in 1990 as a commercial teller. Throughout her tenure, she acquired other titles of customer service representative, personal banking officer, assistant vice president of personal banking and vice president of personal banking. In 2016, she was promoted to vice president of retail operations. Breister oversees the bank’s credit card administration and retail deposits and safe deposit boxes at the bank’s location in Downtown Fond du Lac. As a member of the Regional Operations Leaders, she is also responsible for providing guidance and training for the bank’s customer-service-related functions, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
Breister grew up in Fond du Lac and attended Winnebago Lutheran Academy. She has obtained several certificates from the Wisconsin Bankers Association, including Frontline Banking & Deposit Operations and Deposit Compliance. She has also received her Supervisory Personnel Management certificate from the Institute of Financial Education. Breister resides in Fond du Lac today.
