Tami Christian: Retirement and Legacy
Christian joined National Exchange Bank & Trust in January 2015 with more than 25 years of human resources experience. As Chief People Officer, she played a key role in championing the bank’s culture, supporting employee development and guiding organizational growth. Her leadership and dedication leave a lasting impact across the organization.
Christian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marian University and a Master of Science in organizational leadership and quality. She and her husband, Mike, live in Fond du Lac. Her community involvement includes service on the ADVOCAP board of directors, including its executive, finance and personnel committees; membership in the Society for Human Resource Management; and service on the NEB Foundation board of directors.
Tammy Pits: Promoted to SVP/Human Resources
Pitts brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to her new role. She previously led talent management and development across the organization. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Pitts will lead the bank’s people strategies, enhance the employee experience and align talent initiatives with the organization’s long-term goals.
Pitts holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from UW-Oshkosh. She grew up in Eldorado and continues to live there with her family. She volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County and serves on the Moraine Park Technical College Human Resources Advisory Committee.
Kelly Peterson: Named Talent Development Officer
Peterson joined the bank with more than 15 years of human resources experience. As Talent Development Officer, she will support employee growth and development initiatives, strengthen training programs and expand professional development opportunities across the organization.
Peterson is a graduate of Campbellsport High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications from UW-Green Bay. She lives in Fond du Lac with her family and volunteers at her church.
