National Exchange Bank & Trust is proud to participate in the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s ninth annual Power of Community Week, held April 20 – 25, 2026. This statewide initiative brings together Wisconsin banks, Associate Member companies and WBA staff to highlight the meaningful impact the banking industry has on the communities they serve.
National Exchange Bank & Trust will celebrate at several of its offices by hosting local appreciation campaigns to recognize community members or organizations that make a difference every day.
Beginning April 10, all 32 locations will feature a special display in their lobbies which may include a community appreciation poster, thank-you cards and coloring sheets. Customers and community members are invited to stop in, sign the materials and share messages of gratitude.
After collecting the completed cards and artwork, each participating location will personally deliver the appreciation materials, a special treat and a message of thanks to their chosen organizations on April 17 or 20.
Regarding the activity, the bank’s Chief Operating Officer, Nicole Wiese, shared, “We’re looking forward to participating in Power of Community Week again this year. This initiative reflects what community banking is all about: supporting the people and organizations that make our communities strong!”
This initiative reinforces the organization’s commitment to recognizing the community members and organizations who strengthen the regions it serves. By engaging customers and community members in meaningful acts of gratitude and showcasing these efforts during Power of Community Week, the bank underscores its continued commitment to fostering strong relationships and supporting local impact.
