A New Drive-Up is Now Open in Randolph

Posted in:

National Exchange Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the newly constructed drive-up featuring eBankers (also known as Interactive Teller Machines, ITMs), is open to the public for a soft launch now through Friday, May 30.
During this period, staff will be on-site outside to greet customers and assist them with transactions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience! Employees are handing out full-size candy bars and cheese as a thank you for giving the new eBankers a try while the traditional drive-up is still operational.

The celebration will continue with a grand opening event Monday, June 2 through Saturday, June 7, with a ribbon cutting scheduled for Wednesday, June 4. Employees will be outside again, greeting customers and giving them a full-size candy bar or string cheese (while supplies last) for trying the new eBankers.

National Exchange Bank & Trust’s Operations Manager for the Randolph office, Becky Kwekel, had this to say about the opening, “We're proud of this investment in improving our Randolph location! We’re excited to introduce the new ITMs and offer the convenience of banking from your vehicle 24/7 all while still providing the excellent personal service we’re known for during banking hours. We also added an additional convenience service as a NEBAT CheckCard Instant Issue location. This means existing personal and business customers with an established relationship can get a debit card instantly to be able to take full advantage of the convenience that the ITMs offer.”

The drive-thru banking building is scheduled to close at the end of May, when the facility changes ownership.
