Impersonation Scams Continue - Beware!
We have been informed of a current scam impersonating National Exchange Bank & Trust. The fraudster is requesting to verify Wire Transfer or ACH Transaction details. If you receive a call, text or email, hang-up or end the interaction and call your local office. DO NOT SHARE any information unless you initiate the conversation using a trusted and verified local number. Stay safe and vigilant!
Congratulations to Carol Russel, who recently retired from National Exchange Bank & Trust (NEBAT).
Before joining the bank in 2005, Russel worked as a credit administrator, customer service representative and analyst for other institutions. Russel held several positions in the credit department for NEBAT throughout her tenure with the bank. At the time of her retirement, Russel served as a construction loan process manager where she directed all sides of construction loan processing, from origination to closing.
Russel grew up in Wisconsin, and attended high schools in both Campbellsport and Wausau. She went on to graduate with a bachelor's of science degree in managerial accounting from UW – Stevens Point. She currently lives in Campbellsport with her husband.
