Scott Sommers Retired

Posted in:

Congratulations to Scott Sommers, who recently retired from National Exchange Bank & Trust.

Sommers joined the bank in 1988, beginning in insurance sales and supporting customers with loan needs. As time went on, his responsibilities expanded, eventually leading him into office management. In 1995, he advanced to Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Office Manager of the Kingston location, followed by a promotion to Vice President (VP) in 1999. Throughout his tenure, Sommers guided lending efforts across the bank’s Northwest service area, supporting communities in and around Kingston, Montello, Westfield, and Coloma.

Sommers resides in Markesan, the community where he was raised and attended high school. He went on to earn a Business degree from UW–La Crosse. Throughout his career, he has consistently supported the greater Markesan area, and he continues to stay involved locally through his participation in the Kingston Lions Club.
