Michelle Bader recently joined National Exchange Bank & Trust as an Internal Audit Manager.
Bader brings with her more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, having previously held positions as senior consultant and senior accountant for other institutions. In her role as internal audit manager, Bader will ensure the bank is operating safely and responsibly by reviewing processes, identifying risks and recommending improvements to protect customers and maintain trust.
Bader grew up in Appleton and attended Appleton West High School. She went on to receive her associate’s degree from Fox Valley Technical College. Bader resides in Appleton with her family to this day.
