Introducing More eBankers in Fond du Lac and Waupun

Posted in:

Between work, family activities, errands and everything else competing for your time, fitting banking into your schedule isn't always easy.

That's why we're bringing eBankers to our Fond du Lac West Johnson St. location and Waupun west-side kiosk, replacing traditional ATMs with technology that offers more ways to take care of everyday banking tasks quickly and conveniently.

An eBanker is an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) that combines the convenience of an ATM with access to a live banker (a.k.a. vBanker) through video during business hours. Whether you prefer self-service banking or assistance from a local NEBAT vBanker, our ITMs / eBankers offer both options in one convenient location.

More Than an ATM

While an ATM is designed primarily for basic transactions, an eBanker can help you accomplish more.

With an eBanker, you can:

  • Deposit checks and cash
  • Make withdrawals
  • Connect with a vBanker during business hours
  • Access self-service banking 24 hours a day with a NEBAT CheckCard

It's all about making banking easier, whether you're on your lunch break, running errands or heading home after a busy day.

See It for Yourself

To help customers get acquainted with our new eBankers, we'll be hosting special events at each new location. Stop by to see the machine in action!  Our team will be available outside on-site to answer questions, demonstrate features and hand out treats while introducing customers to the newest way to bank at these NEBAT locations.
