An impersonation scam continues to be reported to National Exchange Bank & Trust. The fraudster, claiming to be from National Exchange Bank, may request to verify transfer or transaction details. If you receive a call, text or email, hang-up or end the interaction and call your local office. DO NOT SHARE any information unless you start the conversation using a trusted and verified local number. Stay safe and vigilant!

Cassie Busalacchi – Operations Manager 
Cassie leads our operations team with a steady hand and a genuine heart for serving the community. She is proud to work at a bank where local decisions truly make a difference for local people. 
When she’s not at the bank, Cassie enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. 
What she loves about community banking is being able to serve the same community she calls home. She values knowing that local banking keeps funds here and supports the people and places that make this area special. 
The part of her job that means the most is making a real difference in people’s lives, whether through meaningful customer service or empowering her team to feel confident and supported. 
A banking tip she shares often: Schedule an annual check‑in with your banker. Life changes quickly, and a yearly review helps ensure your accounts still align with your goals. 

 

Lisa Borzick – Customer Service 
Lisa takes pride in helping customers feel supported and understood through every interaction. 
When she’s not at the bank, Lisa enjoys UTV rides in the woods, spending time with her family, and caring for her puppy, Cooper. 
What she loves about community banking is the opportunity to help people and connect with familiar faces. 
The part of her job that means the most is the combination of great customers and a supportive team that feels like family.

Diane Connelly – Customer Service 
Diane enjoys the everyday conversations and connections that are part of community banking. 
When she’s not at the bank, Diane loves shopping, dining out and exploring her favorite places.

Shelby Giese – Customer Service Representative 
Shelby is dedicated to helping customers feel supported, understood, and welcomed the moment they walk in. 
When she’s not at the bank, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cats included, and taking advantage of any chance to be outside. 
What she loves about community banking is how it goes far beyond transactions. It is about serving neighbors and supporting local small businesses. 
The part of her job that means the most is getting to know customers and building lasting relationships. 
A banking tip she shares often: Stay vigilant. Fraud is everywhere these days, especially with the rise of new technology. 

 

Susie Maier – Customer Service Representative 
Susie enjoys connecting with familiar faces and being part of a team that supports the community every day. 
When she’s not at the bank, Susie loves spending time with her family and camping whenever she can. 
What she loves about community banking is participating in local events and knowing that the funds we work with stay right here in the community to help others. 
The part of her job that means the most is reconnecting with customers she has gotten to know over the years.

Jennifer Timko‑Butka – Customer Service Team Lead 
Jen brings a friendly, dependable energy to every customer interaction and loves serving the community she calls home. 
When she’s not at the bank, Jen enjoys bowling, baking, and spending time with her family and friends. 
What she loves about community banking is getting to work in the same community where she lives.

Monika Waisbrot – Commercial Loan Officer 
Monika builds strong partnerships with business owners and offers guidance at every stage of their financial journey.

Mark Witt – AVP, Lending 
Mark takes pride in helping customers reach their financial goals, whether they are buying their first home or completing a major business project. 
When he’s not at the bank, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in the woods, on the lake, or anywhere he can enjoy nature. 
What he loves about community banking is being part of a committed team across multiple communities and being able to give customers quick answers with a simple phone call.
