eStatement Sign-up Instructions

For Personal Banking

Changing your statement delivery method is simple and easy through your Exchange OnLine Internet Banking Account.

  1. Log in to Exchange OnLine or enroll today.
  2. Click “Customer Service.”
  3. Click “Change statement delivery method.”
  4. Follow the prompts.

If you are already receiving at least one eStatement but would like to change other accounts from paper to electronic delivery, follow steps 1 - 3 above then:

  1. Select “Online” from the drop down menu next to each eligible account.
  2. Read the Service Agreement & Disclosure, and click in the check box.
  3. Click “Submit.”

For Business Banking

Business customers with Business Electronic Banking(BeB) will need to change their statement delivery preferences.

  1. Log in to Business Electronic Banking or enroll today.
  2. From the "Reports" menu, select "Statements and documents - account selection."
  3. At the top of the page, click the "Statements and Documents - Preferences" link.
  4. Select “Online” from the drop down menu next to each eligible account.
  5. Click "Continue."
  6. Read the Service Agreement & Disclosure, and click in "I agree."
  7. Click "Save preferences."

Business customers not using Business Electronic Banking may fill out the Business Services Request Form and check the box next to "Free Business eStatements."

Accounts opened after eStatement enrollment are not automatically enrolled in eStatements. Please follow the instructions above to add them.

For Credit Cards Through eZCard

Credit Card customers who have enrolled in the online credit card website, eZCard, can easily switch to eStatements for credit card statements.

  1. Log in to eZCard, National Exchange Bank's credit card management site, or enroll today.
  2. Under Statements, click on Delivery Options.
  3. Click the circle next to Electronic.
  4. Read through the Agreement and follow the instructions listed.
  5. Click "I Agree" to submit your delivery preferences change request.
  6. Verify your email address to complete the process - Log in to your email and click the link in the email sent for Verification or follow the instructions provided on the Statement Preference Confirmation page you see after clicking "I Agree" in step 5.
