For Personal Banking
Changing your document delivery method is simple and easy through your Exchange OnLine electronic banking account.
- Log in to Exchange OnLine or enroll today.
- Click "More" > “Customer Service.”
- Click “Document Delivery.”
- Follow the prompts.
For eStatements:
If you are already receiving at least one eStatement but would like to change other accounts from paper to electronic delivery, follow steps 1-3 above and then:
- Select “Online” from the drop-down menu next to each eligible account.
- Read the Service Agreement & Disclosure and click in the check box.
- Click “Submit.”
For Business Banking
Business customers not using Business Electronic Banking may fill out the Business Services Request Form and check the box next to "Free Business eStatements." New accounts opened are not automatically enrolled in eStatements. A new request is required for new accounts.
Business customers with Business eBanking will need to change their statement delivery preferences.
- Log into Business Internet Banking or enroll today.
- From the "Reports" menu, select "Statements and documents - account selection."
- At the top of the page, click the "Statements and Documents - Preferences" link.
- Select “Online” from the drop-down menu next to each eligible account.
- Click "Continue."
- Read the Service Agreement & Disclosure, and click the box next to "I agree."
- Click "Save preferences."
For Credit Cards Through eZCard
Credit Card customers who have enrolled in the online credit card website, eZCard, can easily switch to eStatements for credit card statements.
- Log in to eZCard, National Exchange Bank & Trust’s credit card management site, or enroll today.
- Under “Statements,” click on “Delivery Options.”
- Click the circle next to “Electronic.”
- Read through the Agreement and follow the instructions listed.
- Click "I Agree" to submit your delivery preferences change request.
- Verify your email address to complete the process: Log into your email and click the link in the email sent for verification or follow the instructions provided on the Statement Preference Confirmation page you see after clicking "I Agree" in step 5.
