Linda, Deb, Doris & Nancy Retire

Linda Franzen

Linda Franzen celebrated 25 years of service with National Exchange Bank & Trust on December 23, 2021 before retiring on December 31, 2021.

Franzen was an Account Services Team Leader and worked out of our downtown Fond du Lac office. Since joining the bank in 1996, she played an integral role behind the scenes.

Franzen grew up in Dotyville, Wisc. and attended Winnebago Lutheran Academy high school. She went on to earn her associate degree in Accounting from Moraine Park Technical College. She and her family reside in Fond du Lac.

Doris Shell

Doris Shell, a Personal Banker at the Marytown office, retired from National Exchange Bank & Trust on December 31, 2021, after 23 years of service.

Shell grew up in New Holstein where she currently resides with her family.

Nancy Witt

Nancy Witt retired from National Exchange Bank & Trust on December 31, 2021, after 21 years of service.

Witt was an Account Services Representative specializing in ACH Transactions. Since joining the bank in 2000, she played an integral role behind the scenes.

Witt grew up in Waupun where she attended Waupun High School. She now resides in Fond du Lac where she is active in the community as a Sunday School teacher, clerk, financial secretary and a part of the vocal and instrumental music program at her church.

Deb Navis

Deb Navis retired from National Exchange Bank & Trust on January 3, 2022, after 43 years of service.

Through her tenure with the bank, Navis worked in customer service for the Waupun office.

Navis grew up in Waupun where she now resides with her family. She is active in the community as she has been Treasurer for the Waupun girls’ softball for 20 years and a pre-school Sunday School teacher for 25 years.
