National Exchange Bank & Trust is pleased to have Cassie Busalacchi heading up the business development initiatives in Waushara and Marquette Counties after joining the bank as a part of a recent acquisition.

In her new role, Busalacchi will focus on long term growth and building mutually beneficial relationships with area businesses. Busalacchi’s extensive experience in the financial industry, her knowledge of the area, and natural aptitude for customer service will benefit entities throughout the area as they look to work with a trusted financial partner.

“My passion is to ensure every client has a world-class customer experience.  I am a team-oriented person, and my goal is to support my clients and team in success. In the true community banking spirit, I like to spend time volunteering within our communities.  I am actively involved in the Westfield Chamber of Commerce and Local Financial Literacy Efforts,” commented Busalacchi.

Originally from Milwaukee, Busalacchi has lived in the Westfield area for more than 20 years. Today, she and her husband live in Oxford.  In addition to her involvement with the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, Busalacchi also serves as the Vice President for the chamber and helps organize Westfield Dairylicious Days. She is Treasurer of the Architectural Board for Hill Lake Association and belongs to the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America (OSIA) Wisconsin Chapter and involved in the OSIA Golf Open and Festa Italia in Milwaukee.
