eNotices

eNotices are electronic versions of the notices you receive in the mail.

Online Tax Forms

eTax Forms are available inside Exchange OnLine. These forms include Forms 1098, 1099 and 5498.

How it Works

You may enroll in eTax Forms through your Exchange OnLine electronic banking account.

Once you have enrolled, you will receive notification that your eTax Form is available for you to retrieve inside the secure Exchange OnLine product. Yearly, a notification will be sent to the preferred destination, email or text message, on record with the bank and through the Exchange OnLine Message Center.

To ensure the highest security available, we have chosen to send you an email notification that your eTax Form is available to view online and not to send the statement out to you. You may then log into Exchange OnLine where your account information is protected.

Receiving Access

eTax Forms are available to all customers enrolled in Exchange OnLine. Exchange OnLine is National Exchange Bank & Trust’s free consumer eBanking program.

If you are already an Exchange OnLine customer, simply log into Exchange OnLine and choose “Tax Forms” under the Documents icon or More > Documents. You will be taken through a one-screen consent form. After agreeing to receive eTax Forms, choosing this link in the future will take you directly to your eTax Form.

Other eNotices

In addition to eTax Forms, other notices are also available inside Exchange OnLine. eNotices are a great way to receive important information about your accounts faster than in the mail. They also reduce clutter, help you stay organized and save trees!
