Stephanie Harter is Promoted to Operations Officer

Stephanie Harter is promoted to Operations Officer for National Exchange Bank & Trust with an expanded role leading the Customer Service and Personal Banking Teams for the W. Johnson Street office in Fond du Lac and the Omro office. She will continue to ensure smooth retail deposit operations and take on additional leadership responsibilities.

Harter joined the bank in 2015 and brought with her 10 years of sales and management experience. Since joining the bank, she has continued her education by completing the Supervisory Skills series through Envision Greater Fond du Lac. 

Harter grew up in West Bend and now resides in Eden. She is active in the community as a part of the Sustainability Committee for the Fond du Lac area YScreen Program.
