The customer service team at National Exchange Bank & Trust welcomed two new faces to their personal banker line-up in 2016, after saying a fond farewell to two long-term employees who retired this past year. Laura Ruby joined the bank in July and Mike Hensen was recently hired in December.

Ruby is originally from Pennsylvania. She and her family live in Malone. Before coming to the bank, Ruby had been with Marian University. She holds a degree from Philadelphian University in Architectural Studies. Ruby is active in the Fond du Lac community through New Beginnings Pregnancy Care Center.

Hensen is a Fond du Lac native and lives in Fond du Lac today with his family. He holds a degree in Marketing from Moraine Park Technical College. Hensen has extensive experience in customer service and the retail industry; he had previously held the position of Store Manager at Game Stop.

Customer Service Representatives Larry Franke and Patty Zielieke retired in 2016. Franke had been with the bank for 52 years and Zielieke had 47 years of service in when she retired.

“We have certainly missed our seasoned Personal Bankers, Larry and Patty, but we are also excited to welcome these new fresh faces to our team. Laura and Mike are eager to get to know our customers and be able to offer the same quality service that they are accustomed to receiving,” says Renee Breister, Vice President in Personal Banking.
