National Exchange Bank & Trust President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Chatterton has announced numerous promotions within the organization. Congratulations to the following employees:

Mitch Frydrych - SVP/Information Technology

Headshot of Mitch FrydrychMitch Frydrych is promoted to Senior Vice President of Information Technology. He will continue to lead the day-to-day IT operations team and support functions, as well as all IT planning, implementations and technology-related strategic guidance to executive leaders and the Board of Directors.

Frydrych joined the bank in 2017 as Vice President of Information Technology with more than 10 years of experience in the IT field.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information and Computing Science from UW – Green Bay.

Frydrych grew up and attended high school in Armstrong Creek, Wis. He and his family live in Greenville today.

Lisa Karst - VP / Regional Operations Leader

Headshot of Lisa KarstLisa Karst is promoted to Vice President as a Regional Operations Leader for the bank’s Western retail offices including Beaver Dam, Coloma, Kingston, Dalton, Montello, Pardeeville, Princeton, Randolph and Westfield.  As a Regional Operations Team member, Karst will continue to lead these offices in team engagement and procedural alignment within the retail deposit space. Her leadership duties include deposit operations team member retention and hiring, training and scheduling, procedural resource creation and maintenance, along with security and branch optimization.

Karst has a long history with the bank, joining the team in 2003, and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. She will continue to work from the Beaver Dam location.

Karst has an Associate’s Degree in Leadership Development from Moraine Park Technical College and has earned the Principles of Management, Organization Management and Human Resources Development Certificates.

She currently serves as Director for the Beaver Dam Noon Kiwanis and is a member of the Moraine Park Technical College HR and Leadership Development Advisory Committee.

Karst grew up in Friesland and graduated from the Cambria-Friesland High School.  Today, she is a resident of the Town of Burnett with her husband, Don.

Cheryl Klauck - VP / Regional Operations Leader

Headshot of Cheryl KlauckCheryl Klauck is promoted to Vice President as a Regional Operations Leader for the bank’s Eastern retail offices including Adell, Cascade, Cedar Grove, Elkhart Lake, Glenbeulah, Howards Grove, and Sheboygan Falls.  Klauck will lead these offices in deposit operations from her home office in Howards Grove.  She will continue to oversee team member retention and hiring, training and scheduling, procedural resource creation and maintenance, along with security and branch optimization.

Klauck has been a vital team member since joining the bank in 1995 as a Teller Supervisor. She has since held roles in deposit operations management and leadership. Klauck holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Lakeshore Technical College / Silver Lake College and has completed numerous continuing education classes in banking and a certificate in Supervisory Leadership.

Klauck serves her community through Meals on Wheels of Sheboygan County and Friends of Sinawa in Rural Manitowoc County.

Klauck grew up in Rural Manitowoc County and graduated from Kiel High School. She and her husband, Andrew operate a small hobby farm in Rural Manitowoc County.

Mollie Schill - VP / Regional Operations Leader

Headshot of Mollie SchillMollie Schill is promoted to Vice President as a Regional Operations Leader for the Kettle Moraine retail deposit locations including Allenton, Brownsville, Campbellsport, Chilton, Eden, Marytown, Mayville, Mt. Calvary and West Bend.  Her home office will continue to be Campbellsport, where she will lead her team in retention and hiring, training and scheduling, procedural resource creation and maintenance, along with security and branch optimization.

Schill started banking in Campbellsport in 1979 and has had her hands in everything from Customer Service to Loan Analysis. She has been performing Regional Operations duties since 2014.

A life-long member of the Campbellsport community, Schill currently serves on the Campbellsport High School Scholarship Foundation, the High School Advisory Board and volunteers for the Campbellsport Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a frequent presenter at the local schools.

Schill and her husband, Tim, live in Campbellsport.

Peggy Zickert - VP / Regional Operations Leader

Headshot of Peggy ZickertPeggy Zickert is promoted to Vice President as a Regional Operations Leader for the bank’s locations in Brandon, Milwaukee, Omro, Rosendale, and the three Fond du Lac locations of W. Johnson, N. Main and Festival Foods in addition to the Customer Service Team at Fond du Lac, S. Main.  
 
Zickert joined the bank in 2008.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Marian University in Fond du Lac.  She also has a graduate certificate in Instructional Design from UW – Stout.

As an active member of her community, Zickert serves on the Board of Directors for Loaves & Fishes and the Fond du Lac Concert Association. She is also a member of the Eldorado Lions Club.

Zickert is a resident of Rosendale.

Sally Harvey – Operations Officer 

Headshot of Sally HarveySally Harvey is promoted to Operations Officer.  Harvey is the branch operations lead for the Sheboygan Falls and Cascade locations, where she will continue to hire and train new staff, ensure smooth retail deposit operations, and persist in continuing to build a NEBAT presence in the surrounding communities.  

Harvey joined the bank in 2013 as a member of the Elkhart Lake staff. She has held positions in Customer Service as a Team Leader and Deposit Operations Manager.  Harvey has continued her Financial Industry education through the American Bankers’ Association (ABA) Center for Financial Training, completing courses in Team Leadership and Supervisory Skills.

Harvey is active in Leadership Sheboygan County and the Sheboygan Falls Chamber.  She and her husband, Dave, live in Plymouth where Harvey grew up and attended high school.

Kristin Rowe – Operations Officer 

Headshot of Kristin RoweKristin Rowe is promoted to Operations Officer.  Rowe leads the Customer Service Team at the bank’s only grocery-convenience office inside Festival Foods in Fond du Lac. Rowe supports the 7-day-a-week operation that includes extended Saturday and Sunday hours and will continue to ensure optimal staffing and training, along with providing resources across the broader Fond du Lac network to help facilitate seamless customer support in the market.  

Rowe joined the National Exchange Bank & Trust family in 2005. Her tenure at the bank has been in Customer Service and Deposit Operations, beginning in West Bend and then moving to Fond du Lac. Rowe holds an Associate’s Degree from Moraine Park Technical College in Applied Science in Health Information Technology.

Rowe is originally from Brown Deer, Wis. and attended Brown Deer High School. Today, she lives in Campbellsport with her family.

Beth Schmidt – Operations Officer

Headshot of Beth SchmidtBeth Schmidt is promoted to Operations for the Campbellsport location, providing resources and training both within her location and across the broader NEBAT branch network.  She will continue to ensure support leadership of this high-volume location, as well as contribute to broader customer-facing projects.  

Schmidt has worked at the Campbellsport office since being hired in 2013.  She has held positions in Customer Service until moving into her role in Deposit Operations. Schmidt earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UW – Madison.

Schmidt grew up in West Bend and attended West Bend East High School. She and her husband, Todd, live in Campbellsport, where she is active in the Chamber of Commerce.
