Tya Beger Promoted to Operations Manager in Howards Grove

Tya Beger has been promoted to operations manager for the National Exchange Bank & Trust office located in Howards Grove.

Beger joined the bank in 2020 as a customer service representative at our Cascade office. In 2021, she was promoted to a personal banker and transferred to Howards Grove. As an operations manager, Beger will help manage the branch and employees to ensure smooth and efficient deposit operations.

Beger grew up in Plymouth where she attended Plymouth High School. She currently resides in Plymouth with her family. She is active in the community as a part of the Howards Grove Advancement Association and volunteering at her daughter’s school.
