Christian Promoted to Senior Vice President of National Exchange Bank & Trust

Tami Christian was recently promoted to Senior Vice President of National Exchange Bank & Trust. Christian joined the bank in 2015 as Vice President – Human Resources. Christian will continue to lead the Human Resources Team and be an integral part of developing strategy in her new role.

Christian earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and later her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University. Today, Christian and her husband live in Fond du Lac. She grew-up and attended high school in Dodge County.

As an active member of the Fond du Lac community, Christian lends her time and talents to the Fond du Lac Police and Fire Commission, Marian University Alumni Board of Directors, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and multiple senior HR roundtables, business forums, industry liaison groups and advisory committees.
