Improvements are coming to Exchange OnLine and the NEBAT Mobile Banking app. They will soon integrate seamlessly with our credit card management site, eZCard, giving credit card customers more information and faster payment processing, including the ability to make credit card payments via the mobile app.  

Changes Happening January 3, 2023

On January 3, inside Exchange OnLine, when clicking Credit Card on the Accounts Page and then Manage Card on the Account Activity page, customers will be automatically directed to the eZCard site.

Scheduled Payment(s) may be Impacted

Payments scheduled to be sent between January 3 and January 15, 2023, will be paid as scheduled. Any recurring or one-time credit card payment scheduled to be sent through Exchange OnLine after January 15 will not be processed. Payments will need to be rescheduled in eZCard.

From the home page of the eZCard site, go to the Payments tab and choose Make a Payment (for a one-time payment) or Manage Recurring Payments.

Customer Action Is Required

Customers will NOT be able to view or make changes to currently scheduled credit card payments inside Exchange OnLine after January 3. Any payment scheduled inside Exchange OnLine prior to January 3 will not process after January 15.

After January 3, please login to Exchange OnLine and access the eZCard website to re-establish your recurring payment schedule or to make a payment that you would like processed after January 15.

Payments Via the Mobile Banking App

Beginning January 17, one-time payments can also be made via the NEBAT Mobile Banking app.
