Mike Hensen Promoted to Operations Manager

Mike Hensen is promoted to Operations Manager for the National Exchange Bank & Trust office located in Brownsville. In his new role, Hensen will supervise employees to help ensure smooth and efficient deposit operations and lead his team in providing excellent customer service. He will also take on additional responsibilities as he actively represents the bank in the Brownsville area, working to build lasting relationships.

Hensen joined the bank in 2016 as a Personal Banker and brought with him more than 10 years of management experience. He holds an associate degree in marketing from Moraine Park Technical College. 

Hensen grew up in Fond du Lac where he currently resides with his wife, Angela, and their two children.
