Mobile Deposit Endorsement Changes

Due to new banking regulations, checks deposited with the mobile app will need the following endorsement starting July 1, 2018:

For Mobile Deposit Only at
National Exchange Bank & Trust
{Your Signature or Business Name*}

*Businesses can order an endorsement stamp through their local office.

Additional Tips & Tricks for a Successful Mobile Deposit

  • Verify that all names to whom the check was written have signed.
  • Place your check on a flat, dark surface.
  • Take a clear picture with good lighting.

Please also note, the timing of your Mobile Deposit may be impacted during federal holidays. Deposits received after 5:00 PM CST on the business day before a federal holiday will not be processed until the following business day after the federal holiday. For example, Independence Day is a Federal Holiday and therefore will be a non-processing day of Mobile Deposit files. Deposits received by the bank after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3, will not be processed or approved until Thursday, July 5.
