Monitoring your account activity is easier than ever! The National Exchange Bank & Trust Exchange OnLine Mobile App now features Passcode or Touch ID Quick Access. This feature allows users to access account balances and activity. Passcode, available for both Android & iPhone users, works with a 4-digit code that you set-up. While Touch ID (iPhone only), uses the fingerprint ID programmed in your phone.

Security is always a top priority; to access money movement features of the mobile app, users will need to login with their user ID and password. If the device is not recognized, you may also need to provide an additional security code.

If you are already using the mobile app and have not set-up Quick Access, you can find the Quick Access options in Settings found under the More menu in the lower right hand corner of the app.
