National Exchange Bank & Trust Promotions

National Exchange Bank & Trust President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Chatterton has announced numerous promotions within the organization. Congratulations to Kimberly Klaetsch, Lisa Lehner, Katie Rabuck and Kiersten Zillmer.

Kimberly Klaetsch - AVP/Mortgage Loan Officer

Kimberly Klaetsch has been promoted to Assistant Vice-President in Mortgage Loans. She will continue to service mortgage loan customers from the W. Johnson St. office in Fond du Lac.

Klaetsch has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry and has been with National Exchange Bank for the past four years.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from UW – Milwaukee, and her Master’s in Business Administration from UW – Oshkosh.

Klaetsch has been a life-long resident of Fond du Lac. She is active in her community by serving Envision Great Fond du Lac’s Communication Council and the Ambassador Group.

Lisa Lehner – Loan Operations Officer

Lisa Lehner is promoted to Loan Operations Officer.  Lehner will be managing the day-to-day functions of the Commercial Loan Services team and will be a key contributor on commercial loan projects.  

Lehner started her career with National Exchange Bank & Trust in 1985 as the switch board operator, and she has been in loan processing for more than 30 years. Lehner holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Moraine Park Technical College. She and her family are from Lomira.

Katie Rabuck – Operations Officer

Katie Rabuck has been promoted to Operations Officer.  She will continue to lead deposit operations and retain all current security and facility responsibilities at the bank’s West Bend location on Paradise Drive. Additionally, Rabuck will be an integral part of the continued business development efforts in Washington County and the surrounding area.  

Rabuck joined National Exchange Bank & Trust in 2016.  She has been in banking for 14 years, holding a number of different positions including teller, branch manager, consumer lender and business development representative. Rabuck has her Assistant Accounting Certificate and is working towards her Accounting degree at Moraine Park Technical College.

Rabuck grew up in the Milwaukee / West Bend area and attended West Bend West High School. She is involved in the West Bend community through involvement on the Boys and Girls Club board, as co-chair for the Money Smart Week Women’s Conference, and she is a member of the West Bend Columns Scholarship Organization. She and her family live in Fillmore.

Kiersten Zillmer – Operations Officer

Kiersten Zillmer has been promoted to Operations Officer. Zillmer will continue to lead the deposit operations functions at the Westfield and Coloma locations, including all security and facility responsibilities. Additionally she will also continue to provide for the lending needs in the area.  

Zillmer joined the bank in 2017, and has 7 years of experience in banking prior to her time with National Exchange Bank & Trust. She is currently working towards finishing her Business Management degree. Zillmer is a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She grew up in Wisconsin Dells and currently resides in Portage.
