Dawn Revels Promoted to Operations Manager

Dawn Revels has been promoted to operations manager for the National Exchange Bank & Trust office located in Waupun.

Revels joined the bank in 2020 and brought more than 15 years of banking and management experience with her. In her prior role as a customer service representative, Revels assisted customers with their banking needs. As the operations manager, she will oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient transactions and lead her team in providing excellent customer service.

Revels grew up in Waupun and attended Waupun High School. She also obtained her medical secretary certificate form UW-Oshkosh. Revels now resides in Brandon with her husband, Cory. Outside of work, she volunteers at Froedtert and the Medical College of WI by mentoring patients with heart problems.
