Lori Ruch Celebrated 35 Years of Service

Lori Ruch celebrated 35 years of service at National Exchange Bank & Trust on September 11, 2022.

Ruch joined the bank in 1987 and brought eight years of banking experience with her. She started as an account services rep before going on to become an account services supervisor and operations manager. She has served as a vice president of both operations and compliance. In her current role as vice president of compliance, she oversees compliance, BSA (bank secrecy act) and internal audit functions.

Ruch grew up in Campbellsport and attended Campbellsport High School. She earned her associates degree in Supervisory management from Moraine Park Technical College. She now resides in West Bend with her family and is active in the community as co-chair of the festival finance committee at her church.
