Gary Ryan and Deanna Respalje are Promoted

On June 18, 2019, National Exchange Bank & Trust announced the promotion of Gary Ryan and Deanna Respalje.

Gary Ryan was promoted to Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for National Exchange Bank & Trust. He will continue to be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the credit department, serve on the Executive Credit Committee, Ag Committee and be a key contributor on projects. Ryan joined the bank in 1989 as a Credit Analyst. Since he was hired, he has been an integral part of the credit department as he grew with the bank.

Ryan holds a degree in Finance from UW-Oshkosh and has been working at the bank for the entirety of his professional career. Ryan is originally from Oakfield, WI and currently resides there.

Deanna Respalje was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Loan Services. Respalje joined the bank in 2003 as a Credit Analyst before moving into the Loan Services area. She will continue to lead the underwriting team, and in addition, she will be leading the retail loan processing team. Deanna will be an integral part of the continued efficiency efforts within the loan services department.

Respalje holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University. She grew up in Waupun and currently resides there with her family.
