Welcome Cindy & Tara

National Exchange Bank & Trust is pleased to welcome Cindy Luedeman as Operations Manager for the Pardeeville Office and Tara Hauge as Operations Manager back to the Beaver Dam Office. Cindy will be taking over the day-to-day retail deposit operations at the Pardeeville location as Tara transfers to the Beaver Dam office to lead the deposit team there. 

Cindy brings with her more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, with past roles that focused on leadership and customer experience. Cindy is originally from Portage and lives there today with her family.

Tara returns to Beaver Dam in a leadership role after previously serving the community with National Exchange Bank & Trust as a Personal Banker.  Lisa Karst will continue her role as a Regional Operations Leader based out of the Beaver Dam Office.
