Welcome Scott Snearly

National Exchange Bank & Trust is pleased to welcome Scott Snearly to the bank as an Operations Manager for offices in Coloma and Westfield.
Snearly brings with him more than 20 years of banking experience. Snearly grew up in Rockledge, Fla., and currently resides in Bancroft with his wife, Rebecca. He is active in the community as the treasurer for the Tri-City Riding Club.
