Nicole Wiese, Senior Vice President of Operations, celebrated 25 years of service with National Exchange Bank & Trust on February 3.

Wiese operates out of the office located in downtown Fond du Lac. In her role, she works with leaders of different teams within the organization to promote, protect and grow the bank. Additionally, she leads the marketing and branding of the bank.

Wiese has held several positions within the bank. She started as a Marketing Intern before moving to Marketing and PR Representative and then Marketing Manager. After a few short years away from the bank, she returned as AVP of Marketing before moving up to VP of Marketing and Retail Branch Operations. Her last role before her promotion in March of 2021 was SVP of Retail Banking.  

Wiese grew up in Eldorado where she attended Laconia High school. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an Advertising/Public Relations emphasis and her master’s degree in Business Administration from UW-Oshkosh. Additionally, she has completed the Graduate School of Banking and earned an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Center for Professional & Executive Development at UW-Madison.

Wiese now resides in Fond du Lac with her family. She has served the local community through the board of directors of the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership, Fond du Lac Family YMCA, and Fond du Lac Area United Way. She is also a past member of the City of Fond du Lac Plan Commission. Wiese currently sits on the Board of Directors for Brooke Industries and serves as a Sunday School teacher at her church.
